Hits: Piano/Vocal/Chords ReviewBack in the day Joni was quite a driving force. She appeared
on every stage that was hip to be on, and hung out with musicians
all over the globe. Needless to say her guitar cases have a
checkered history.
This songbook is a must. It contains many songs in their original
[piano] keys, the words, guitar box diagrams and best of all the
correct capo positions and open tunings. Almost sounds like one
could just play along with the record, ability to do so allowing.
Being a fan of Joni is hardly difficult. Her sense of timing and
poetic wanderings are unique and wholesome. Folky and brassy with
it.Educated and whimsical, floating around the likes of James Taylor
and Neil Young...doing the "Woodstock thing" up there in New York
State. Attending all the best parties,composing the next song.
The great wonder of it all never ceases. And here are a few songs
