In the picture on this page we can clearly see that the name of the editor is Suzanne Rhodes Draayer. She has done a nice job in collecting these pieces and putting them all in one place, but one thing that irked me was that there are multiple deficiencies in her IPA transcriptions (for example /j/ is NOT the correct symbol to use for "y" when used as a conjunction (and), it would simply be /i/), but they are uniform and easy enough to figure out.
